Class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

The "Managing Broker" license is required to sponsor yourself or another in Illinois. This license is also required to be an office "Designated Managing Broker."
New RELA updates now allow a licensee to advertise the Managing Broker license status on all media platforms (business cards, social media, etc.)
Part 1: 30 Hour Home Study:
Includes text book with practice questions, this course can be completed prior to OR after the 15 Hour portion. A 50 question multiple choice exam must be taken and passed for this course (unlimited attempts are given to pass this exam). It can be taken at the school location by appointment or with a proctor either before or after sitting for the 15 Hour course. Full instructor support/tutoring is included in the tuition.
Topics include: Short sales, Foreclosures, Dual Agency, Contract Disputes, Minimum Services, Commission Disputes, Teams and Escrow. **Ideally, part 1 should be completed prior to the first class session. However, enrollment is valid for six months and it may be completed after the live classroom sessions.
Part 2: Live: 15 Hour Live class: Attend live in person OR via live streaming webinar!
All sessions must be attended in order to receive credit. There is no final school exam required.

Topics Include: Licensing Operations, Managing Licensees, Advertising, Dispute Resolutions, Risk Management. The instructor also reviews the topics and the overview of the structure of the State of Illinois Managing Broker Licensing Exam.
Managing Broker Requirements:
-Minimum age of 20 years old
-Licensed as a Broker for 2 out of the preceding 3 years
-Successfully complete 45 Hours of Education
-Pass the State licensing exam
