The "Managing Broker" license is required to sponsor yourself or another in Illinois. This license is also required to be an office "Designated Managing Broker."

New RELA updates now allow a licensee to advertise the Managing Broker license status on all media platforms (business cards, social media, etc.)

Part one of this course covers Managing Broker Pre-License topics. Enrollees will be expected to read 2 chapters per week and a thorough review of the material

will be presented by the Instructor every Thursday. The instructor is also available five days per week to answer any questions.

Part 2: 15 Hour Live

Two Options Available: Live, In person OR Live Streaming Webinar

***Attendance is required for the full session for all sessions in order to receive credit for this course!***

Topics Include: Licensing Operations, Managing Licensees, Advertising, Dispute Resolutions, Risk Management. The instructor also reviews the topics and the overview of the structure of the State of Illinois Managing Broker Licensing Exam. This portion of the course includes multiple practice exams, definition and vocabulary review, a Math review, case study scenarios and detailed exam prep information to assist with passing the state licensing exam.

Managing Broker Requirements:

-Minimum age of 20 years old

-Licensed as a Broker for 2 out of the preceding 3 years

-Successfully complete 45 Hours of Education

-Pass the State licensing exam
