Managing Broker License
Getting a Managing Broker license in Illinois has never been easier! Simply complete the 45 Hours of education and pass the ILLINOIS portion (just 40 Illinois specific questions: all multiple choice) of the exam and then apply for your license.
*IDFPR UPDATE:
As of 1/1/2025, candidates will only have to take the State of Illinois portion of the exam (40 state specific questions). The national portion will be eliminated. 45 Hours of education will still be required.

Managing Broker Requirements:
-Minimum age of 20 years old
-Licensed as a Broker for 2 out of the preceding 3 years
-Successfully complete 45 Hours of Education
-Pass the state exam
