This package also includes three practice exams, memory tip "hand outs" and pre-recorded class videos with all of the information you will need to register to take your state licensing exam, obtaining your license and begin working at a brokerage firm.

60 Hour Portion: Topics include: Practice of Real Estate, Agency, Fair Housing, Contracts, Property Valuation, Foreclosures and other state required curriculum. You will receive a textbook, chapter specific explainer webinar videos and complimentary tutoring via phone, email or Zoom. Our online courses provide full instructor support- you are not just left to complete the courses on your own!

15 Hour Portion: Part 2 of the required curriculum. You will receive access to the portal that includes interactive exercises and case studies to help you gain an understanding of how you will apply the principles from the 60 Hour course in your career while working with buyers and sellers. Access to the course is valid for six months from the date of enrollment. It is self paced, you can log in at any time from any device.
Your materials can be shipped or picked up at our main location in Palos Heights.

**Please note: The state of Illinois requires 75 Hours of Pre-Licensing education prior to sitting for the
state licensing exam. This course package fulfills that requirement. Once you are licensed and working as a broker, you will have to complete an additional 45 Hours of Post licensing education by
April 30 of 2028. There are no additional exams for those courses, but you must complete them to keep and renew your license in 2028. We also offer those courses online.
