75 Hour Broker Course - Live Webinar

No classroom attendance is required for this course. Please login at least 10 minutes before the first session on October 1, 2019. We will have a brief orientation to discuss the textbook and the licensing requirements and then we will discuss Chapter 1.

You will not be on camera nor need a microphone for the webinar. A “raise your hand” button will be available to asks questions. Due to the intensity and pace of the materials, we do not recommend that you take this course while you are at work or unable to take notes. The webinar will be recorded so that you can go back and review at a later time.

The final school exam (not State) will be given on the last day of class (November 26). You can take the test at our school location, or, you may have it proctored by a library at no additional charge. Proctor information will be provided on the first session of class. The school final exam includes 125 multiple choice questions and you will have 3 attempts to pass the school exam with a minimum passing score of 75%. Upon passing the course, you will receive a transcript that will allow you to sit for the required 15 Hour Course. You must complete the 75 hour portion prior to sitting for the 15 Hour portion. The 15 Hour Course is an additional $139.00. This course will also be in webinar format and it will be held on Saturdays: December 7 and 14th, from 9am-4:30 p.m.. *Note: you must be logged on for the entire session in order to receive credit for the course.

Upon completion of the full 90 Hour Pre-Licensing curriculum (the 75 Hour & the 15 Hour course), you will be eligible to sit for the Illinois State Brokers Licensing Exam (140 questions). You are not required to complete the 15 Hour portion of the course through Net Real Estate School. All students will receive a Uniform Transcript as mandated by IDFPR.

You will receive your textbook via FedEx within five days after you register. Please be sure to input the correct shipping address at checkout. You will also receive a unique user name and password via email to access the webinar at least one week prior to the first session.

Your total webinar attendance will account for 27 out of the 75 Hour required for this course. Your weekly home reading (4-5 chapters per week) fulfills your remaining 51 hour requirement.  You will be given a specific reading schedule with weekly reading requirements. Upon passing the school exam (you will be given three attempts to pass along with a practice exam and thorough review), you will receive credit for passing the 75 Hour course.
