75 Hour Broker Course - Home Study
This is a self paced home study course in which students will read the text at his/her own pace. Tutoring/instructor support is available at no additional charge.
This course contains the same material as the online course. This course includes a text book, the online course does not. Registration is valid for 6 months. Upon completion of the reading the text, students may contact the school to schedule the final school exam. Testing is available Monday-Thursday and Saturdays on an appointment basis. Course content is regulated by IDFPR and includes exam specific material in order to help you prepare for the State exam.
Topics include: Illinois License Law, Fair Housing, Real Estate Agency, Real Estate Brokerage, Real Property, Land Use, Environmental Issues, Contracts, Real Estate Closings, Leases, Property Management, Appraisal, Commercial Real Estate and Financing.
