1. The 60-Hour Course Portion

2. The 15-Hour Course Portion

Please Note:
The state of Illinois requires 75 Hours of Pre-Licensing education prior to sitting for the state licensing exam. This course package fulfills that requirement. Once you are licensed and working as a broker, you will have to complete an additional 45 Hours of Post licensing education by April 30 of 2028.
There are no additional exams for those courses, but you must complete them to keep and renew your license in 2028. We also offer those courses online.
