About the Course
Managing Broker license = 45 hours of instruction in approved courses including the 15 hour interactive Applied Management and Supervision course and experience as a broker for two out of the past three years. The Managing Broker License is required to sponsor yourself or another licensee.
Description
This is a 2-part course in which the first 30 hours will be taken “home study” and the second 15 Hour portion will be taken in a live class. Upon registration, students will receive the 30 Hour textbook to read at home and a thorough review of the material will be given at the first class session. A school exam with 50 questions will be issued on the first day of the 15 Hour class. Students will have three attempts to pass the exam.
Part 2 will be a 15 Hour Live Class that will take place on Tuesday mornings, 9am-2pm from January 7-January 21. No final exam is required.
Topics include: Licensing, Operations, Handling Money, Hiring Process & Brokerage Support, Marketing & Advertising, Dispute Resolution, Risk Management, along with subtopics with an emphasis on material that will be on the State exam.
Course Fee
$399 – Includes: All course materials, Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker Pre-License Topics (Hondros Learning), Illinois Managing Broker Applied Management & Supervision Interactive (Hondros Learning), live review, practice quizzes, and 3 attempts at the school final exam.
Location
The first 30 hours are home study. The remaining 15 hours are held live at 7110 W. 127th Street, Suite #240, Palos Heights, IL 60463

Full attendance is required at all live sessions. There are no refunds for this course.
