This course includes content specific guidance via pre-recorded webinar lectures for previous students. Registration is valid for 3 months. Upon completion of the reading the text, students may contact the school to schedule the final school exam. Testing is available Monday-Thursday and Saturdays on an appointment basis. Course content is regulated by IDFPR and includes exam specific material in order to help you prepare for the State exam.
Topics include: Illinois License Law, Fair Housing, Real Estate Agency, Real Estate Brokerage, Real Property, Land Use, Environmental Issues, Contracts, Real Estate Closings, Leases, Property Management, Appraisal, Commercial Real Estate and Financing.
$150 – Includes: Chapter specific explanation videos by Instructor, Tami Wiggins, practice exam review, math review and three attempts to pass the school exam.
The school exam includes 125 multiple choice questions and you will have 3 attempts to pass with a minimum passing score of 75%. Upon passing the course, you will receive a transcript that will allow you to sit for the required 15 Hour Course.
Upon completion of the full 90 Hour Pre-Licensing curriculum, you will be issued a transcript that will allow you to sit for the Illinois State Brokers Licensing Exam. You are not required to complete the 15 Hour portion of the course through Net Real Estate School, however, most students choose to stick with our school based on our approach to instructing the course.
