Course content meets the requirements set by IDFPRThe focus of this course will include a review of exam specific material, question and answer periods, along with interactive practice exams.

Topics include: Illinois License Law, Fair Housing, Real Estate Agency, Real Estate Brokerage, Real Property, Land Use, Environmental Issues, Contracts, Real Estate Closings, Leases, Property Management, Appraisal, Commercial Real Estate and Financing.

        Course Fee

$359 – Includes: Broker Pre-Licensing Topics text book (Hondros Learning, 3rd Edition: this is the most updated version of the text), practice exam, timed course outline & description, review and 3 attempts at school final exam. There are no hidden fees, tax is included.

         Notes

Your total classroom attendance time will account for 27 out of the 75 Hours required for this course. Your weekly home reading and studying (about 5.5 hours per week) fulfills your remaining 51 hour requirement. You will be given a specific reading schedule with weekly reading assignemnts. Upon passing the school exam (you will be given three attempts to pass along with a practice exam and thorough review), you will receive credit for the entire 75 Hour course.

The final school exam (not State) will be given on the last day of class (December 16).  The school final exam includes 125 multiple choice questions and you will have 3 attempts to pass the school exam with a minimum passing score of 75%. Upon passing the course, you will receive a transcript that will allow you to sit for the required 15 Hour Course. You must complete the 75 hour portion prior to sitting for the 15 Hour portion. The 15 Hour Course is an additional $139.00.  The 15 Hour portion for this course will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6pm-9pm on January 6-January 20, 2020.

Upon completion of the full 90 Hour Pre-Licensing curriculum (the 75 Hour & the 15 Hour course), you will be eligible to sit for the Illinois State Brokers Licensing Exam (140 questions). You are not required to complete the 15 Hour portion of the course through Net Real Estate School. All students will receive a Uniform Transcript as mandated by IDFPR.

75 Hour Live Class Course

You will receive your textbook on the first night of class. There are no refunds for this course.

$179.50 due upon registration then weekly payments of $35.90  processed every Monday for 5 weeks, beginning on October 28th. By selecting this option, you are agreeing to pay for the entire course in full by November 25, 2019.

Maureen Petrizzo Scholarship

In honor of the late Maureen Petrizzo’s dedication to the real estate industry and education, we are now awarding one scholarship per 75 Hour class for free tuition for the 15 Hour Course.

Any student who passes the 75 Hour school exam on the first attempt will be entered into a drawing on the last night of class. This scholarship is offered to live classroom course students only.

The winner will be notified after all students have completed the exam.

If the student has pre-paid for the 15 hour course, a refund will be given. The course scholarship of $139.00 is donated by Net Real Estate School in Honor of Maureen Petrizzo.
