What if I use AOL as my Internet Service Provider?

Is there a final exam?

Yes, there are TWO final exams! All students must pass the SCHOOL final exam with a minimum score of 75% in order to receive a transcript to sit for the STATE final exam.  Upon registration, each student will be sent a Candidate Handbook that includes all of the information that the students need to register for the State of Illinois Exam.

Do I have to take the final exam at the school location?

The state requires that all exams are proctored.  However you do not need to take the exam at the school.  Most libraries will proctor an exam at no charge.  If you wish to take the internet course and you live over 25 miles from the school, please call Tami (773) 586-7000 to make testing arrangements!
