120 Hour Salesperons-Broker Home Study Course
(No Classroom Required!)
THE STATE OF ILLINOIS WILL STOP ISSUING SALESPERSON'S LICENSES AFTER MARCH 15, 2011
After March 15, 2011, pre-licensing requirements will change to include LIVE classroom courses. Home study students will be accepted until March 1, 2011. Students must take the Broker's Exam by March 15, 2011.

Real Estate Transactions (45 Hours) You must pass a 150 question school exam in order to take the 50 question exams for the courses below!
Advanced Principles 2000: (15 Hours)
Contracts & Conveyances: (15 Hours)
Real Estate Financing: (15 Hours)
Real Estate Appraisal: (15 Hours)
Real Estate Brokerage: (15 Hours)
* Each student receives 3 opportunities to pass each exam above. The student will only take 1 (ONE) state exam for the Broker's License upon completion of the 120 hours (6 total school exams, 1 total State exam)
Homestudy Only:
The course is divided into a 45 Hour Salesperson Course with 5 additional 15 hour courses FREE TUTORING is included in the course tuition.
