Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I have to be 21 to take the course?
No. You do not have to be 21 to take the course, but you must be 21 to take the state exam.

What is your refund policy?

There are NO REFUNDS for any of the courses. The only time the school issues a refund is if a course is canceled by the school.

Is my credit card transaction/sale secure?

Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with the highest level of encryption available is used to encrypt all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, address, and Social Security Number, so that this information cannot be read as it is transmitted online. On all pages in which personal information is transmitted, SSL is used.

Is there a final exam?

Yes, there are TWO final exams! All students must pass the SCHOOL final exam with a minimum score of 75% in order to receive a transcript to sit for the STATE final exam.  Upon registration, each student will be sent a Candidate Handbook that includes all of the information that the students need to register for the State of Illinois Exam.

If I don't pass the final exam on the first try, may I take it again? If so, is there an additional charge to take the exam more than once?

Students will have three chances to pass the school exam at no additional charge.  Each student is given a complimentary review with an Instructor if he/she fails the test.  If a student does not pass on the third attempt, a student will have to re-register for the course at the full price of the course.

Students must pass the School Exam by March 9th, 2011 in order to sit for the State Exam by March 15, 2011.
