You will receive the 75 Hour Illinois Broker Pre-License Topics text with practice exams at the back of each chapter, along with a timed course outline and course description, prior to the first class session. Students will be expected to read 5 chapters per week and a thorough review of each chapter will be given on each Saturday by instructor, Tami Wiggins. Weekly attendance is NOT MANDATORY, however it is highly encouraged. The focus will include review of exam specific material, question and answer periods, along with interactive practice exams.
The final exam will be given on Saturday, July 7, 2012. You will have 3 attempts to pass the final school exam with a minimum passing score of 75%. Upon passing the course, you will receive a transcript that will allow you to sit for the required 15 Hour Interactive Course. Upon completion of the full 90 Hour curriculum, you will be issued a transcript that will allow you to sit for the Illinois State Brokers Licensing Exam. You are not required to complete the 15 Hour Course through Net Real Estate School, however we offer a $20 discount on the 15 Hour Course to all 75 Hour Students. Seating for this class is limited.
